Additional info we obtained at the meeting came from a long time shareholder. I Just recently spoke with him as well. He loaned the company money a while back First of all he is very excited about this company and was brimming with confidence. The following info is not factual I deem it speculation since the source is not the company. However The source appears credible imo

Point1
Rumor has it that IVFH is about to acquire a farm. The farm location is China. They cultivate many exotic vegetables and products that IVFH currently uses. It will likely be bought with restricted shares . My immediate concern was the potential dilution of such an acquisition. He immediately said to the contrary he was excited about it. The farm currently would add 1m in profits to the bottom line per year immediately and would certainly help IVFH expand at a faster pace. Revenues are 3.5 to 4m per year on this farm. The acquisition would likely be done with mostly restricted shares. Within two years the profits could equal what we give up for the farm.

IVFH as we know has a contract with US Food Services. It was a three year deal and they have now entered the third year. This part was confirmed by the company about the three year contract. He reported to us that IVFH has been recently talking to Sysco Foods. I asked if they thought they were going to lose this contract with US Food Service. He said no they were just gaining leverage. Again keep in mind Chef Joe told me himself they have no competition as of yet. We know both Sysco and US Food Service has a growing demand for the products IVFH offers. IVFH appears to be well positioned to make their best deal


None of this info has been confirmed by the company except the length of contract with US Food Service. It is from a third party source which I felt was credible enough to pass on to everyone. We know he has 3 million shares and has been an investor for quite a while.
