The last stated o/s was 73,000,000, now proportedly 98,617,000, nut you are saying that the A/S is too high as compoared to what?
They will dilute all of the reverse spilt shares back into the market?
I don't think so. The a/s was 2,500,000,000 if memory serves. The o/s is r/s to 98,617 from 98,617,000 and those are just taken off the ledger and placed back into the pool of A/S?
That is how I would think it works?
