On another note, what is stoping Veltex from recognizing most of the revenue in the U.S.? Just because the Bangladesh factories make the apparel, it doesn't mean that they should earn most of the revenue. The U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries should be awarded a large percentage of the total sales for finding the buyers and making the deals.
I would like to see Matin "spin-off" the Bandladesh subs, and make Veltex Apparel, Veltex-Explorer, and Veltex-(golf-John Daly), a separate, fully reporting U.S. company.
Veltex should buy the apparel from the separate Bangladesh entities and then recognize the revenue 100%.
This may take some work, but I think it will and should happen. Hopefully, by the end of this year!!!
