No. The last 2 zeroes are not shown on Level 2.

It means if you buy 1.6M shares at .0034, we go to .0034. When a bid like that actually executes, you would find that you didn't spend .0034 for all your shares, it would most likely be broken down to the prices you see.

Of course, if any other bids are available before .0034 that we cannot see (like AON bids or more bids from each MM at smaller amounts than what they have listed) you would have to chew through them to get to .0034
