Do you just make this stuff up?
I was at the meeting. Larry gave a financial history of the company and stated that it was decided early on to go with stock sales public and private to finance rather than dept. He stated this was going to be continued for the near future at least. In attendance were several people who had owned stock for years, owned serious amounts ( 100's of thousands and up ) and NOBODY indicated with even a raised eyebrow that this wasn't 110% accurate. Indeed, they seemed to be conversant with details of previous private offerings, more details were offered by L and so forth and so on. Don't give me the "DOG AND PONY" show crap, please. I really seriously think several people on this board just make up stuff they think MIGHT be true and post it.
One person from raging bull board emailed me with his fantasy of owning 100's of 1000's of shares in his wife's name, and several children's name and being blocked from entering because h's or t's of shares he owned personally were bought to late and they demanded the proxies and BS and BS and BS. I was right there from the time they opened the conference room until the meeting started. NOTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENNED. Why do people create these little fantasies? Can somebody help me?
