dking1964, I tend to like to buy when barchat has a strong sell rating myself? It's like Warren says when there is fear it is time to be greedy!

At any rate the current price verses the dividend makes it look attrative at these prices? However it has a horrid record of cutting the dividend and the stock is below the 5 dollar threshold at the moment.

So your guess is as good as mine!
