Are they always going to be in dire straits?

Why would these new boys jump in with the lousy turnover each day. It would seem more likely that others would be dropping out.

They might have divided up $200 today between the ones that participated.

Heck (being nice)it costs money,just to keep the computers running,why jump on a consistant 1 or 2 center with no volume.
