The company has been using the stock in the correct manner IMO. They are paying down debt (nearly cut in half now), acquiring new assets to make the company more profitable in the future. You speak of promotions, Do you know for sure that the company paid for stock promotions? No you dont. Most likely, one of the debtors who received a large lot of shares for debt paid for a promotion. The only true thing in your post is the O/S has risen. But it still is around 25 million, which is miniscule. The rest is your opinion. Id cover my short position if I were you.
