As you can see how seldom I post here, the economy is in a slow recovery mode, thanks in no small part to the huge stimulus provided by $1T deficits.
But as the past has shown is, businesses don't care as long as they're making money, which they are.
At some point it'll ruin us, or Italy will threaten default.
I've participated a little in the markets rise, in fact did well in Jan like everyone else. But I feel like the markets might be topping out for a little bit now. We'll just have to see.
In other news, my wife & I bought a second home near the Bay. The prices have come down so much (like down 40% since 2008) and rates are so low (under 4%) that it made the monthly affordability possible. So we did it !
