I just read thru 200+ posts about the news/pr's on the contracts and no one mentioned the following:

During the past week Federal laws and guidelines concerning MMJ have changed. That in and of itself could result in RFMK having to redo any pending contracts due to improper/invalid/outdated language mentioning federal guidelines.

I'm positive it has had a major effect in how the lawyers phrase things on contracts and when ANYTHING changes regarding terms, the contract has to be redone or have an adendum added to it (requiring vetting and signatures).

This alone could delay news by at least a few days or weeks (and Tom had no way of knowing about it before hand!).
