When a company ( or person) has the means to buy a working product it is always better to do so than to start from scratch. If someone wants to go head to head with muscle milk then phase III is the clear winner to do so. If someone , like coke, want to buy Attd then they would have to make an offer that was deemed reasonable. It could be a price per share or trade shares of coke, etc
