But are there tax implications as well for day-traders, I thought you had to file differently as well, and once you're labeled as a day trader it sticks with you (as far as the IRS) whether you trade or not. Maybe I got bad info. Because if all it means is I need $25K in my account
To do it, then I'll be adding Margin to my fidelity account very soon. Never bothered with it before now..
