Very,Very Wrong!! Let's all get a few Phar point straight....Phar is not a Sec reporting company.....Phar has NO requirements to file any reports at all......there is no guidelines set by the Sec that require a non-sec reporting company to file.... There is NO 10q or 10k requirement for an OTC listed stock! It's just that clear!!

With respect, bottom line PHAR/HOWARD has "failed" to file the 10Q according to SEC due date guidelines... Phar/Howard "failed to file a late filing request.



Although there is NO requirement to file, I also do believe it is important for phar to file.I believe we will see Phar file shortly. I also agree that phar should have filed a notification of late filing. Not sure why they didnt do so. If howard has a new firm handling these filings that firm should have had it done in time!
