Maybe the financing terms were not up to cygx satifaction
aybe there would have to give up to much in dilution
I really do not know



I do know arnold the company is still in business and going strong unlike thousand of other biotech companies that have been buried in debt.

If cygx licenses the syn DNA cygx will have no need for the financing you dream of they will have a positive revenue flow

now watch the pps when cygx has revenue and no debt
