the COMPANY DIDN'T let us down! WE LET OURSELVES DOWN! this isn't the DEAL CLOSING! its the preliminary to it! UNDERSTAND! it was simply the last day [feb 12th] to back out of the deal!@ nothing more! they don't do 8K,s for this!..there has been no new filings in nevada florida or mass..nothing has changed! deal on 100% iMHO OPMG
