Well Cap - thanks for waking up this board! As far as the valuation goes lets go with your recommendation say 1/2 percent (and this perecnt does not include income from EPA and defense deals - we will add this later as info becomes availble). At this level the valuation is very similar to the one that AKAPAK threw out earlier, which shows NNLX to be outperforming the market. Also I would agree with your comment on income taxes that they should be added to the valuation, however, I would point out that income taxes are more an item of EPS and not gross profit margins. Also the tax rate should be closer to 39% (need to include state and local income taxes net of the federal tax benefit) after NNLX goes through its NOL's and R&D tax credits (Hey Bret! make sure you are obtaining the proper documentation for the federal R&D tax credits - its a Tier I issue). The foundation for NNLX to move forward is FDA approval. And yes their will be delays and disappoints along the way and I have my theories on how the PPS will behaive, but at the end I expect a pretty good return on my investment.
