Most companies only release the 10 K, and Q's,. we are fortunate that Tom and Mike treats their shareholders like the spoiled instant gratification babies that Most are! I'm sure Tom meant well; Contract negotiations are taking longer; so maybe we should crucify him ! ?

The contract more than likely entails many facets; as in Terms, Confidentiality, Patent Protection / Ownership, Rights, etc etc etc. Contracts are the Binding force of business; Mike could rush the contract (To satisfy a few shareholders) and cost them selves the Patent; or getting Paid. Couple all said with several Lawyers going back and forth; dotting i's and crossing T's. A Week delay is Nothing!
