OK folks I got to the bottom of things.I got an email from Joanne today at the Northern Ministry of Mines.On page 2 of the GEO REPORT it has the information for
International Precious Metals Group Inc.

I called the number today on my lunch break.IMPG was bought out last year and the new owner changed the name to CANADIAN GOLD EXPLORATIONS INC.It is a private company .The new owner told me he has not recieved any payment from Cannon Exploration and no response from them.So the option went into default and was and is considered NULL AND VOID.
I should of read closer it says on the claim document

2011-Jul-13 CLIENT (405430) CHANGES NAME FROM INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS METALS GROUP INC. TO CANADIAN GOLD EXPLORATIONS INC.
