Does anyone have the ability to see if the cgfia stock was manipulated when the stock price was higher?

Was the amount of money (used by vfin and co.) was that amount of money the same back then as Otis now. ( I'm not talking about the amount of shares traded) I'm talking about the amount of money behind those shares. Does that make sense?

I'm wondering if the manipulation is on purpose, to keep the stock low until cgfia is ready with all the info and good news. Then BAM! Price jump, company in production, = MAD dash to buy the stock at any price by new investors and bigger institutions, and look more attractive as a buyout.

Just putting questions out there... Any thoughts on this from the peanut gallery are welcome.. :)
