Kenco...Did you discuss these statements with Peter when the MMXT/SCMI declaration of merge was announced? If so, what did he say about the information he stated in '02?

I feel pretty good about the probability of mmxt and scmi solidifying the merge but when information such as you provide is revealed it is very bothersome.

Getting clarificatin and explanation is the best answer...imho...and until then, I'm rooting for the merge and trusting that people such as sting, sahd, steh and even myself, have done all that we can to feel comfortable with our investments.
