Way ahead of you on expressing my views to management ... that's the reason I said "more" stones.

While I have "had my say" and see no point in adding to it ... I in no way discourage others from expressing their experiences and opinions.

I do think it is wise to be able to put ones self in the others shoes however. Being able to do this can often result in more tolerance and with it a solution to whatever problem is being addressed ... and if a solution is not forthcoming, the objectivity demonstrated tends to give ones opinion more weight.
