i have known you a long time, so no offense it meant. But I dont personally believe a word of the following statement you offered in your post. the TA is Gagged, so we will all have to go with "our opinions" since the company remains behind a black curtain rather than be transparent. My opinion is MDHI will be offloading shares while buying time with all the delays they are quite famous for, untill the financials and sketchy merger are being "worked on". {GAG}

Arent we supposed to have a nationwide commercial campaign going as laid out in the OCT Press Release...???? And they are sitting on their hands......NO Commercials currently airing 4 months later....turtles walk faster...PITIFUL!!!!

nothing like that happens with MDHI so no dilution happening.
