You guys can argue about IRS write downs all you want, but I don't see that it has relevance to anything at the moment. But I do have a related tax question for any of you tax guru's.

If I write down my FFGO shares say for next year, (assuming we will all still be here then) will I still own the shares and hold them in my account? I ask because while I do not think we will ever see FFGO trade again (hope I'm wrong) The possibility still exists however slim that we could still see the dividend paid out. I would not want to write down my shares if that means losing them. Any thoughts on this anyone?
