Rox...and Mario....I could be mistaken and it is sept. 1st...either way, I got my infor. from Mario. I was going strictly off of memory when I posted the information...

I'm still thinking it was Oct. though and the reason being is that I remember the time period of 30-90 day approval of the s-4 correlated directly to the end of the year.

Maybe we should clarify this information with Mario.
