IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA) announced recently that it is preparing to make a significant investment to expand and enhance its product assembly line starting in early 2007. The company also released a list of countries, twenty in all, that it expects to be receiving orders from in the coming year. The announcement said that IDenta expects to invest nearly $500,000 for the manufacturing upgrade, and that orders for IDenta"s products are expected to exceed 2 million units during the coming year (2007). "We are making this investment at this time because we are confident that the demand for our products will increase sizably during the coming year," asserted IDTA CEO Yaacov Shoham. "In the last quarter of 2006 we thoroughly investigated the latest in assembly line technology and have now decided on the right track to proceed." The United States, China, France, Indonesia, Poland, France, Venezuela, Ghana and Spain are among the countries listed as expected customers during 2007. IDenta forecasts that 35-40% of these orders will be from the United States with the remainder coming from countries around the world. "Our products, IDenta Stinger and IDenta Confirm [the company"s drug detection product lines] and IDenta Alert [the company"s explosive detection product line] continue to receive superior test ratings, and we believe that they will more and more be chosen as the preferred products for drug and explosive detection in their respected application categories. To accommodate the new technology improvements IDenta will be leasing additional space that will nearly double the assembly area. The company expects to add an additional 8 - 10 full-time people to its staff including a chemical engineer to oversee production quality control. The new processing and assembly area will more than double existing production capacity while significantly reducing product unit costs allowing the company to more actively compete with lower priced, less sophisticated products on the market. "Perhaps the best thing to report to our loyal shareholders is that we expect that the total cost of this expansion project can and will be paid from funds the company"s has been reserving for this monumental step forward. We certainly expect that 2007 will be the most important year in our company"s history," concluded Shoham.
