I've been trying to reach somebody at the number I have for USCM - 678-268-2300 - No return call as of yet. Tried several different extensions and always ended up getting kicked out of the system. I am flying into Atlanta tomorrow evening and on Friday I will do some digging around and see if I can find 3100 Medlock Bridge Rd. Suite 140 Norcross, GA 30071

I have not been able to dig up anything new on USCM but it does seem Dr Koop & USCI are gone!
