i really wish everyone would stop posting that link as "proof" of the merger... again, that says they issued more "preferred" stock, illume was supposed to get common stock. not evidence of any merger. i actually don't think it went through, but regardless of what our opinions are they are just opinions until the company comes out of hiding and lets us know what in the eff is going on here.
