I doubt we see a good day today. All signs say we could go to .05.
There are buyers but only at .053 or less and all sellers who may give in and sell to them taking it to .05. Only news that we may expect will be about Texas and that will not do much or come soon.
I am long but just being a realist. Go TECO.
