I know what a R/S is not good most of the time. If you need money seventy million shares is better than seven hundred million. I have had stocks that had a R/S. Most stocks that announce a R/S the price drops. People don't like it i don't like it. With seventy million shares they could sell twenty or thirty million shares for .50 or so even when we or .90. I am looking at everything they might do. If i had a oil co. i would nail them good. I would give them a few million and take 75 %. I think some deal will happen but they will put it to us. Let's face it little money left lot's of acres under lease and time running out. I have a lot invested here so hope for the best. We just need somebody to drill and hit oil. The big question how long to drill and can we hold out. I think imo will be a good deal just takes time. I bought more at .075 and .08 so my avg. low twenties a little news and luck i might get out of this mess. I don't have what many here have but 200000 plus is still a few bucks. I have not added up all my shares three different acct. .16 .24 and need to avg. other acct. If they go with jdz we could hit .25 or so who knows. I still don't believe five dusters and they are still here something don't smell right. If i drilled five dusters what is there to look at i would be long gone.
