Actually the fiscal year for KBLB ended on 12/31/11, so there will not be a 10-Q, only a 10-K.

You were correct on the dates, 90 days after 12/31 is 3/30 (because of leap year), so there will not be a 10-Q, only a 10-K due March 30.

If KBLB does file a NT 10-K (extension) it will give them another 15 days to produce it.
