When Gary ran away in Dec. of 09 he did it in a PR announcing that Ihra Frohman was taking over and stated that Frohman was the CEO of PFMS and 2 other companies. Frohman didn't take over PFMS for 4 days after the PR according to an SEC filing that he did at PFMS. Frohman never PRd anything about PHMB and eventually PHMB ended up in the name of Jeffrey Smuda at the nvsos.gov website. He is IMO a well known CEO(CONman Executive Officer)and has many lawsuits against him and other associates of his and companies he has been involved with in at least 2 states that I know of. CTCC was named in a law suit filed in NC along with several associates.
In July of 2011 Smuda was the CEO of MILV, CTCC and PHMB that I know of. They are all public companies. He has "resigned" and new "turnaround" CEOs were "elected" for MILV and CTCC towards the end of last year.
Oct. for CTCC and I think MILV was after that.
