If I may add my 2 coppers;
the worth of this company will be if or when
debt is paid off. Debt could be extinguished
in the next (pick a time frame, 1 to 5 years
is my WAG).
The business can only grow so fast, but profits
put toward a share buyback would have
everyone talking.
The market cap right now is probably close
to it's actual worth, but could command a huge
premium if approached for a buyout. Forgot the
exact numbers, but I ran a scenario based on a
similar co buyout and came up with an 80cent
buyout price for RedFin.
That was when O/S was around 50M.
Most of us just treat this like a savings account
and add on the dips.
The wild card is the Stuckerts. They did not invest
over $2M without some assurances (no idea what).
If they ever get tired of waiting and sell, we could
be trading under a penny.
CC might want to weigh in on TMG, maybe there is
something going on with potential customer advertising
that we are not aware of.
Oh and btw, RFNN TO DA MOON!
