From my point of view the increasing A/S with out the approval from the sharesholder always is a bad deal. If I am part of the company than I must have the right to voice my opinion. In business Trust is everything. Trust can only be earned.

The increasing A/S with out alerting the shareholders is A big red tag that can not be allow in my book.

Why would I putting my hard earning money into a company when they are not giving a squack about the sharehoder opinion?

This is the fommatting that I follow and over many years of investing it's save me alot of money. I still believe in their products, and I wishing all long do well here. I might be back to trade it but that is all is good for GLTA.
