Good question. As we all know supposed to do and actually doing are two different things. It's all illegal under the federal governments eyes. What CBIS is trying to do is adhere to Colorado and soon to be California laws regarding the distribution of medical marijuana.
From what I've heard it's also pretty easy to get a card.
Now the other side of the story is dr. Bobs friend "Moose" (yes he has a real name but I forget and I'm to lazy to pull it up). He's Australian he's been friends with Dr bob for awhile and oddly believes in his work.He runs a very informative website called nimbinhempembassy. Well he makes the oil himself in australia. So not sure who supplied the oil him or bob to the patients.
Something else of interest is the Steve kubby situation back in 2010. Lots of connections and loose ends. The only thing none of my dd can uncover is if Richard Cowen is dead or alive he never shows his face. Enjoy your dd journey should keep you busy for a few days.
