Yes, good points. This could actually take a long time to be resolved (i.e. Legal Process). It seems that we still can't even trade the stock yet (another Legal Process to get this done, right?)

We need Press Releases NOT rumors, or theories of any possible scenarios. We need actual news that informs us of all judgments.

Even if we get any favorable judgmets, it will probably take a long time to derive any actual benefit from it. Is the Company going to go for Merger or be Acquired eventually? How long will it take for all that to take place?

By taking legal actions and hiring attorneys, it seems that we are probably going in the right direction, and moving forward, even though it's a Slow Process.

In summary, we still might have a Long Road Ahead, but at least the Company is pursuing justice and recovery efforts for Shareholders.
