I was just stating the info I received from someone I contacted on the illume sales force. Since phoneguard and iZup are similarly featured but with a huge price difference I was trying to get some confirmation on the specifics. The reply was that the merger was not completed and iZup would not be changing for the foreseeable future. Very possible that has to be the stock answer until the filing is completed and released. I was making no assumptions and just posting what I thought might be of interest.

It's not the first time things haven't happened like opmg have stated. I have .5m shares and waiting just like everyone else.


So Stocker3 what would you take from this post from Investtoski? I agree we haven't heard from phoneguard or the 8k but what would you say if this guys quote was accurate?
