the long delay is absolutely baffling to me. reminds me somewhat of the self-imposed quiet period after FDA approval that ended up resulting in the previous private placement.

the delay could be due to any number of things, including another private placement, buyout, partnership, release of the new skin cream, and many other possibilities. but, still none of these would make sense to announce the call a month and a half early and not release results from 4Q. why not move forward with the results and then make subsequent announcements about all of the other things. i don't get it.
