I'm not in love with you description on producing more revenue producing "dogs" (LOL) but based on my experience what you said is on target.

Something people fail to take into account sometimes is that the people on the other end of the phone are just people who have feelings and motivations like the rest of us. I learned many years ago that the more I treated people with respect and "asked" instead of "demanding" ... the more I got in return. It has been interesting to observe how one person can make a call and get no information ... and another can call the same source and get answers to their questions.
I have found that most people in the IR business want to be helpful ... but there are exceptions.

So far, I am not overly impressed by the job OTC Live has done but I understand the situation they are currently in with everything being "new" and time consuming. At this point I don't see anything to be gained by me throwing more stones at them. Down the road a few months, if OTC Live is not performing in a satisfactory way, it will be wise for Veltex to reconsider their options IMO.
