I think your right. As of 5:30 est no late or 10q filing had been done by PHAR.
Howard as of today is at PHAR according to Janet,who is receptionist and in charge of Investor Relations. Said he was out to lunch when i called @11:15 and he would return my call. No return call. But i assume he is not on tour based on that. Based on what i asked i dont expect a return call either.

Just wondering if filing regulation due date is end of business day or end of day (midnight). Just dont want to get pissed off too early..
