Aren't US markets closed on President's Day? It was on September 22, 2011 that SAPX received the notice from NASDAQ. That's probably where confusion comes up with March 22...it's 6 months from Sep 22, but the link does state March 1st.

One thing I noticed on this page is the last paragraph.

"Finally, Seven Arts intends to issue a letter to its stockholders by the end of next week to address the recent trading of its stock. Seven Arts expects to release its earnings for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 within two weeks."

Wow, when CEO knows when he's releasing something, there are concrete dates listed. Otherwise, this released the end of November.

Have they closed Big Jake Music, yet? That was to be done shortly.
