There will be no apology or contradiciotn from Mr Cho in lieu of his published bullchit". If your not confident that Treaty has moved past the bullchit then call IR or one of the company principals to get first hand confirmation. Shorting is nothing new to any stock. I don't think the Mr Cho incident has created some new shorting phenomena with Treaty's daily trading.
Based on your post and lack of confidence I would attribute the lower PPS to some weak hands in combination with shorting.
