Avanza was non-compliant with SEC rules before the filing. Rember that the threshold for filing a 13G is 5% ownership. As can be seen in the filing, Avanza reached 5% ownership in Q4 2010.

This does not change anything materially, but it is fun to know. I wonder if Avanza made the filing after discovering their own error or if the SEC contacted them.

Nordnet and perhaps SEB should not be all to slow to follow suite. I can imagine their clients have more than 5% aswell. In the end this is good, cause it increases transparency surrounding ownership. However, the effect is with all probability very marginal.
