It is very easy to see where we are headed thanks to "Dave" not walking away.

The company goes up for sale, for let's go on the high side and say $100 million( we will never reach that) but for laughs we will use that number. Drago being one that bids. Let's say he wins the bid and now has to pay $100 million to settle the Delaware case...the courts in return pay of CLYW debts starting with Hmmmm let's see.....Drago for $100 million less the fees incurred......great job Dave. You DA.
