Yes they are closer than they have ever been since I have been invested as well, but they are still not there, they need to just get them done and released, unless there is some kinda sec requirement which stipulates they need to have x number of days between filings they need to just get them done and get some production figures out.

Personally I see no excuse as to why the filings aren't current yet, it's not like they just found out yesterday they had to get them done.
