JP: Why the move to Boulder then? Why Boulder? Why move? Why portend to move? Why not just close and go BK now if they're lease is up in Atlanta?

I'd imagine by doing so (lying, as you're basically, publicly stating they are doing) they'd be opening themselves up to possibly more legal damage by shareholders, no? What would that gain then? Are you suggesting that they really are morons that have not thought of that possibility of self-inflicted harm fully through?

On the contrary, I'd suspect they're very intelligent, although hubris filled and selfish to say the least, and do what they do all for their own personal gain, damn the shareholders.

I just ran across this court case that identifies the wind-down period you point out in cases of corporate bankruptcies (although, related specifically to a Texas corporation:

Interesting, none the less, what I skimmed, anyway.

So, appears to me we're in the same boat we've always been in...The S.S. "Who Knows".

Really makes no sense to me why they would announce a move, hire an apparent heavy-hitter CFO w/ a sound, credible, plausible and verifiable background and be planning a BK all at the same time.

Are you suggesting that maybe they are going BK, hired this guy to essentially defend the company AGAINST YA and are moving to Boulder just because of the fact that the Colonel happens to live there so as to better obtain his services on behalf of the company and it's shareholders (which the officers are as well, at that point, putting them on the same level playing field as us).

Time will tell. And, don't forget, Gilligan and the crew were eventually saved.

The good Colonel could wind up being our Skipper after all! smile
