Hey Ryoko, hope you are well.
Im probably wrong but i thought the late filing had to be requested 24rhs in advance of 10q due date filing. So i was hoping to see it today. Not feeling like thats going to happened.

The annual report sort of was a dud and fizzled because many key items were PRd in the last QTR calender, after fiscal end.

Now its time for that report to help investors with some clarity about rollback , audited financials as promised .

You PR about listing status importance to existing and potiential investors, but they are just words. One month later you do a late filing. Few weeks after you loose you CURRENT status with no explanation to any shareholder. If 10Q is just not filed, with ZERO addressing of shareholders, thats just inexcusable IMO. I get blasted for being negative, but My God, where is the CEO.

Always appreciate your take on subjects, Do you think loosing Current Information status 2weeks ago has a bearing on maybe even choosing not to file at all?
Going from 3 months ago about fast track to get FULLY REPORTING status to now going from CURRENT to LIMITED and if HOWARD just doesnt file at all now AND most importantly does immediately address shareholders as to why,That should speak volumes.
Lets hope filing will come out today and Howard show investors a sign that he cares about doing right by all. Im not talking about whether its a good or bad QTR. its the manner of not treating investors with dignity and a right to know about current status of the company.

Look forward to hearing your opinion.
