He voted! Doesn't make any difference if he was upset or not, he voted. If Dave Williams wanted what was best for the shareholders , I don't think this is it. I know I keep going back and blaming DW for Clyw being crap but when you read what the judge thinks of him , you can't help it. I'm not saying its all DW's fault we are where we are , it's not. But it is mostly his fault.
