I personally think it is all about expense...I think PR s are fairly ...expensive...someone told me like 7,000 dollars...that is a good bit of money when you are on short funds...I think they prefer to save their money for more important things...they gave us forwarding advice....it will be the 2nd and 3rd quarter before the improvements will start to show much...you either have to realize you need to be patient or move on....good luck whichever way you go...I am staying the long term....I have a very substansial position and have it locked up....I think the potential is huge....
