There is something called Caveat Emptor In which case it is posible they are messing with something like this:

Disruptive Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of corporate actions, such as reverse mergers or serial stocks splits and name changes, without adequate current information being publicly available.

Worst case senario, if true, i start a class action law suite against them, and, if you are invested, we will take a piece out of edgils rear end, however, I like to take the possitive road, assuming they really have something in the works, and, the paperwork is just in the mail to the SEC and has not been processed yet.
