I have to agree with you Chicken...it was either amateur or really smart. Perhaps this person/entity knows that the company is undervalued and can't possibly continue being priced down here especially once people start buying on an earnings anticipation run. And it does seem odd that someone would be too amateur plopping down $50k in one day like that. You wouldn't expect them to be around long. :)

Perhaps the only other concern I'd have with this individual is the potential for a pump and dump. Though I don't pretend to know how they'd do it...it's just something I read about last night in trying to find some answers to your questions CHicken.

I have all the same questions as you in the latter part of your post.

I'd also like to know if the institutional investor will be buying only public shares or taking a stake in the company privately?

Do they buy in chunks or nibble at something like this for while?

Also, will IFSL be putting out PRs to let us know that institutions are buying....I think that's fantastic news that the general public would LOVE to know and I can't see holding that information back. It would give credibility to IFSL's future and let the public know that smarter and more researched folks are buying the hard work IFSL is doing. If they don't post a PR on this, then was yesterday's/today's buying action independent and not institutional? This would bring me back to my pump n' dump question.

Oh, one more question I had was, could it be that an institution is buying in and that IFSL is going to use the Buy Back Program (that to my understanding is still in effect) to maintain PPS stability or perhaps help keep the price action moving up in conjunction with their institutional buyers so that the PPS is nicely positioned come the great earnings news and whatever else they have up their sleeves?
